This Memorial Square to honor Barbara McPherson was made by her daughter-in-law and her grandchildren. The paisley fabric comes from one of Barbara’s favorite shirts. Barbara was an avid dog lover and her last thoughts before being put on a ventilator were about who would care for her dogs, Venus and Apollo. At 78, Barbara had a lot of life left in her. She volunteered at the local library and also with helping the homeless in Long Beach, California. She made friends easily and gathered them over her lifetime. Barbara is survived by two children and four grandchildren. We miss her every day and hold our memories of her dear.
