This Memorial Square will be made on behalf of Melissa in California in honor and memory of Larry King, who died from complications exacerbated by COVID-19. Larry was born in Brooklyn, NY, and was known for his love of the Los Angeles Dodgers and suspenders. We will be using this photo of Larry King and transferring it onto Los Angeles Dodgers fabric, which we purchased yesterday. To so many people Larry King was an icon seen on their TV sets, but for Melissa he was a friend and colleague and his loss is deeply felt. When we have completed Mr. King’s Memorial Square it will be published here. We will remember and honor Larry King on the Covid Memorial Quilt.
