This Memorial Square comes to us from Suzanne in Washington who honors the memory of all musicians who have fallen victim to COVID-19. Suzanne asks us to remember all the musicians who never became famous but still spent their lifetimes playing music to bring joy to so many people’s lives.

This Memorial Square was originally a t-shirt sent to us from Ray to honor a dear friend he lost. We cut out the t-shirt logo, attached it to a piece of fabric, and turned the image into a Memorial Square.

This Memorial Square comes from Tennessee to honor a beloved partner who attended Franklin and Marshall College. The beloved partner worked as a dedicated art teacher, so this Memorial Square is dedicated to all the teachers who given so much to our children without asking for anything in return. 

This Memorial Square was sent to us by Cori and family from Indiana. Cori created the Memorial Square from fabric of their grandmother’s who died of COVID-19. She had a deep love of travelling, she was an extraordinary person and so much more than a mere statistic.

This Memorial Square comes from Jo Ann in North Carolina in honor of her daughter-in-law Kelly who works as an oncology nurse at UNC-Chapel Hill and New Hanover Regional in Wilmington, NC. Kelly is a dedicated, caring and professional nurse who is constantly putting her life at risk for others.

This Memorial Square comes to us from Donna in Florida to honor healthcare workers and medical first responders. Donna’s mother and siblings are doctors and nurses. To recognize their profound sacrifices, this Memorial Square is dedicated to them and all of those fighting on the front lines of this deadly and horrible pandemic.
